We’re limited to 10 couples. You can register as a lead, follow, or switch-and change your role from week to week if you want.

We try to keep the numbers even so no one has to sit out, so if you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we have a chance to find a replacement.

The registration link is always the same, and dates are available a few weeks ahead. Feel free to bookmark it and register whenever you want.

Usually, we rotate partners every two songs: •⁠ ⁠Song 1 – focus on your partner’s goals •⁠ ⁠Song 2 – focus on your own goals

Or you can work together on the same thing. If you prefer to work on something specific with one partner, you’re also welcome to skip the rotation.

We rotate DJs among anyone who wants to share their practice playlist. We ask for slower music, and the DJ usually leaves short pauses between songs so partners have time to exchange feedback.

We don’t teach each other unless someone asks for help. 😊

Once in a while, we also invite coaches for critique sessions and drills.

We’re happy to incorporate drills into our weekly practices too, so if you learn something useful and would like to share it with the group, just ask me or Greg and we can set aside about 15 minutes at the beginning.

We also have a quick 5-minute circle time to introduce new members and, if you’d like, share your goals for the practice, experiences from recent dance events, or any fun insights.
